Jacquelyn Clark is the extremely talented force behind Lark & Linen, one of my absolute favorite lifestyle blogs. Based out of Toronto, Canada, Jacquelyn has been blogging since 2010. With features on Martha Stewart Living, The Everygirl, Design*Sponge, and Apartment Therapy, Jacquelyn is one of the webs most influence interior design and lifestyle bloggers.
After interning and working at an architectural firm, Jacquelyn realized that the work she was creating wasn’t what she wanted to do with her life. Her blog had such an impact that she was approached directly by Abby Larson (of Style Me Pretty) with an offer to be an editor at Style Me Pretty Living. Her friendly personality and beautiful design aesthetic quickly gathered an even stronger audience. Like many lady bosses, Jacquelyn’s entrepreneurial spirit got the best of her, and she launched her interior design services in October of 2014. Within one day of her announcement, she had already secured her first client.
For an aspiring designer and blogger like myself, Jacquelyn Clark is an ultimate role model. I am so inspired by her work and her career, and I am crossing my fingers that one day my career will reflect the influences she has had on me. I am excited to see what she has planned for the future, and wish her all the best!
